El sector de la construcción es considerado de alto impacto en la sociedad. Es un sector altamente consumidor de recursos naturales, así como uno de los mayores generadores de residuos.
| Descripción Larga | Los residuos de construcción y demolición han sido uno de los grandes problemas del país, dado que el sector de construcción es uno de los que más aporta al PIB de la nación. En tanto que es así ha sido una de los sectores que mas avances y aprobaciones ha tenido en los últimos años. Aunque se han visto avances en la gestión de los residuos de construcción y demolición aun se ve como los generadores contratan a personas naturales que piensan que la mejor solución es disponer estos materiales en cuerpos de agua o en lugares extensos de gramíneas , sin importar los impactos que estos puedan causar al ambiente. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, es necesario tener en cuenta que además de las gestiones que se realizan al interior de las organizaciones , también se debe conocer el marco legal sobre el cual se fundamenta su segregación, tratamiento, aprovechamiento y disposición final, recordando que estos ya no deben ir a los rellenos sanitarios sino a sitios especializados para su disposición comúnmente conocidos como escombreras. . |
