Revisamos para ti, la normatividad que ha sido publicada a nivel nacional respecto a la reapertura del sector de medicina veterinaria y elaboramos este Plan Operativo Normalizado (PON), que te permite a través de un análisis de 3 frentes: Evitar aglomeración, realizar la limpieza y desinfección y atender a las personas que participan de una forma u otra en tu organización, continuar con tu negocio, protegiendo a tus trabajadores, clientes y sus mascotas, así como a la comunidad en general, bajo el amparo de la normatividad legal vigente. Tu paquete contiene:

 

ANÁLISIS DE VULNERABILIDAD

El análisis de vulnerabilidad que diseñamos para ti permite identificar el grado de indefensión frente a la amenaza por COVID19, entendiendo, que los análisis que habíamos realizado previamente en nuestras empresas no se acercan a las medidas que esta epidemia requiere. Contemplamos factores propios del personal, los recursos, procesos y los sistemas, facilitando así la priorización de controles y posteriores acciones mejora.

 

PROTOCOLO

Aquí encuentras la descripción de las actividades que debes seguir durante las diferentes etapas por las cuales pasa cualquier colaborador de tu empresa, puedes asignar el responsable de hacer esta actividad y tienes la trazabilidad de una forma fácil con la casilla de registros donde relacionas el documento que vas a diligenciar.

Los registros nos permitan dejar evidencia de los controles que estamos implementando en nuestra obra, por tanto realizamos el diseño de los mismos de acuerdo a los protocolos generados, de tal forma que sean de fácil diligenciamiento y réplica.

b) Limpieza y desinfección
c) Atención a personas
Con una estrategia que va desde la salida del trabajador de su casa hasta el retorno a la misma, incluyendo la totalidad de protocolos que a dispuesto el gobierno nacional hasta el momento según la normatividad.
