Lo que no se mide no mejora…es una frase célebre del Gurú de la Administración Peter Drucker…sin embargo, encierra un transfondo que hemos querido disgregar y trabajar en este curso, buscando ir más allá del simple concepto de indicador. Sabemos que el indicador es solo una de las herramientas de mejora, pero puede potencializarse su efecto si se logra definir tomando como base la esencia de lo que se pretende alcanzar: los objetivos estratégicos que vienen de la Planeación Estratégica de la organización con base en la Misión y la Visión. Si a la definición de indicador le sumamos y ponemos en práctica el desempeño y el control de la gestión, lograremos generar valor a través de las mediciones y tomar decisiones acertadas y enfocadas a las necesidades propias de la Compañía. Este curso es una invitación a trabajar de manera práctica conceptos que lleven a la mejora.

Objetivo General

Integrar los conceptos de desempeño, control de gestión e indicador desde la Planeación Estratégica de la Organización con el fin de que el participante pueda determinar de manera adecuada un sistema de control adecuado con base en indicadores que permitan medir y mejorar el desempeño de los Sistemas de Gestión que se tengan implementados.
Objetivos Específicos

1. Dejar claridad en el concepto de Indicador, Control, Desempeño y su aplicación en los diferentes Sistemas de Gestión y la organización como tal
2. Suministrar las herramientas básicas necesarias para analizar y replantear los indicadores de gestión definidos

Metodología

Cada lección se desarrolla de la siguiente manera:
• Estudio de la lección mediante trabajo en la plataforma de Formación ATCAL.
• En cada lección se presentan videos para el aprendizaje, material didáctico y material de apoyo.
• El participante trabaja la documentación asociada a cada lección y deberá participar en el desarrollo de las actividades que serán calificadas.
• En algunas lecciones se desarrollarán casos prácticos y se aplicarán evaluaciones.
• Los participantes tendrán asesoría permanente de los tutores mediante correo electrónico y la herramienta de mensajería con la que cuenta la plataforma de Formación ATCAL.
